Return Policy
In order to ensure the lowest possible pricing, we will adhere to the following return policy, no exceptions. If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding our return policy, please feel free to contact us.
We accept returns and exchanges on brand new, never installed parts within 15 days of purchase. All returns on special order parts (parts we do not keep in stock) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical parts and special tools are non-returnable (unless approved by us first). Freight is non-refundable (unless we are responsible for the mistake). You have 48 hours from the time the package is delivered/signed for to notify us of any damaged or missing parts. No returns are accepted on parts that are installed on your exceptions.
All returned parts MUST have the original Mercedes-Benz label, packing material and box they came in. No returns will be accepted without these. We will also not accept a return if the part arrives damaged. We will inspect each return and issue the credit to your credit card once the part or parts are deemed available for resale. If the parts do not meet the criteria above, we will ship the parts back to you at your expense. We encourage you to email us the tracking # of the return so we can monitor its arrival. We strongly recommend you insure your return package to its full value to protect against shipping damages. Please provide the last 7 of your VIN when ordering to help ensure order accuracy.

  • No item(s) may be returned after 15 days of receipt date
  • Absolutely no returns on electrical items (control units, modules, switches, etc)
  • If the item(s) ordered, were ordered in error by us, we will provide you with a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a FedEx label to return the incorrect item. If a new item is necessary, we will ship it out our at expense.
  • In the event of an exchange or refund, we will ship the new item or refund your purchase only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We are not responsible for carrier/shipping damage. All items are expertly packed and inspected for damage prior to shipping. You will need to file a claim with the carrier and we will gladly assist you in the process.
  • All items must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging
  • All items returned must be in original condition and/or not installed/mounted

Please email us at for a Return Authorization Number and RA Form prior to returning any merchandise.
It these requirements are not met, parts will be returned via freight collect or scrapped
This (these) accessory(ies) is (are) sold "AS IS". and smart USA hereby expressly disclaim all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this (these) accessory(ies) and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from or smart USA any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. In addition, expressly excluded in any dealer liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance, by way of "strict liability", negligence or otherwise.
