Water Pumps

The cooling system in your vehicle has multiple parts that are all working together to prevent your engine from overheating. Your water pump is one of these parts. Coolant and water is circulated through the water pump and through to your engine. If this step doesn’t happen, you could have an engine with higher than normal temperatures or see coolant leaking out of your vehicle. The water pump is important, so keep it in good shape and replace it if damage occurs.
